For eight years I was proud to work with an extraordinary man called Paul Gorman. Paul led Hidden Giants, a creative agency asking difficult questions and bringing about lasting change in educational settings. Paul got so good at it, the Scottish government gave him a job. Together with the Hidden Giants associates, we continue this brave work.

Building on our research published by the Children and Young People’s Commissioner, together with Dr Greg Mannion at the University of Stirling, we have co-authored the latest guidelines for Learner Participation in Educational Settings (3-18) for Education Scotland. This forms the backbone of our transformational work in schools.
